Zeno is an AI-powered banking assistant operated by Grad Haus Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. Zeno provides financial information, account connectivity, and payment facilitation services via WhatsApp.
Zeno operates under the regulatory framework of [Modulr Finance Ltd / your FCA-authorised partner], which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
To use Zeno, you must:
You must complete identity verification before accessing full account features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false information is provided.
KYC verification is conducted by Veriff, our third-party identity verification provider. By registering, you consent to your identity documents being processed by Veriff.
Zeno facilitates payment instructions on your behalf. All payments require explicit confirmation and PIN authorisation. By confirming a payment, you authorise us to process the transaction.
Zeno uses Open Banking (via TrueLayer) to access your bank account data with your consent. This access is read-only for balance and transaction information. You can revoke Open Banking access at any time through your bank's app or by contacting us.
You are responsible for keeping your Zeno PIN confidential. Do not share your PIN with anyone, including Zeno support staff. We will never ask for your full PIN via any channel. You must notify us immediately if you suspect your PIN has been compromised.
You must not use Zeno to:
Current fee information is available on our website at joinzeno.co.uk/fees. We will provide at least 30 days notice of any fee changes. Continued use after fee changes constitutes acceptance.

You may close your Zeno account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, provide false information, or if we are required to do so by law or regulation.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
